Curriculum

Master’s programmes have a duration of four curricular semesters: the two first semesters consist of a specialization programme (curricular phase) and the last two semesters are dedicated to the drafting of the thesis (thesis phase).

Completion of the curricular phase of any Master’s programme grants the candidate the chance to prepare, under the supervision of a Professor of Law of this School, a thesis on a subject proposed by the candidate and approved by the Scientific Board of the School. A public defence of the thesis is held with a jury appointed by the School of Law which may include members from other national and foreign academic institutions. The jury evaluates the thesis and the defence and assigns the Master’s student the final grade for the Programme.

Duration: 2 curricular years (4 semesters),
one year for the school phase and one year
to prepare the thesis

Number of credits: 120 ECTS

System: : mixed (daytime courses and evening courses)
