The University of Lisbon Law School prioritises academic support, but also the professional integration of its students and alumni.
To this end, it has been organising various forms of support, both in terms of academic integration (welcoming new students, promoting tutoring in specific curricular units in the various years of the degree and seeking to provide the necessary resources for the successful learning of students with special needs), in terms of promoting employability skills and professional integration (by holding Internship and Job Fairs, organising Employability Days that allow students to get to know different careers in law, periodically publicising vacancies, providing support in drawing up CVs and promoting events and training in soft skills). It has also been publicising and promoting support for further studies through the establishment of social merit scholarships, thereby creating opportunities for economically disadvantaged students to acquire higher education.
It’s about recognising and seeing the student as a whole and accompanying them throughout their journey, in various areas, with a view to their personal success and, consequently, the success of the FDUL Community.
