The only requirement for access to post-doctoral programs in Law is a PhD in Law.
ONLINE APPLICATION
Applications are made exclusively through the FénixEdu application platform. To start your application, you must first register on this platform (click here). See the instructions manual here. If you have any questions about submitting your application, please do not hesitate to contact the Academic Division at candidaturaspg@fd.ulisboa.pt, or via WhatsApp (+351 960486341): from Monday to Friday from 14h00 to 17h00.
Important: applications will only be analyzed once the application fee has been paid. The Academic Division will contact the candidate via e-mail (i) if the application has any irregularities or (ii) if it is correctly instructed. Once the selection process has been completed, candidates will be informed by e-mail of the final result of their application. The ranking list will then be published on the FDUL website. In the event of admission, enrollment will be subject to the presentation to the Academic Division of the originals (or certified copies) of the documents submitted on the application platform, by a deadline to be announced in due course.

The deadline for post-doctoral applications is August 1st to September 30th.
The application fee is 60 euros, non-refundable. The registration fee is 100 euros.
Information on the registration period will be sent by email to successful candidates.

c) Certificate of completion of the PhD course;
d) Research project with theme and name of the intended supervising professor;
e) Declaration of Acceptance of supervision signed by the supervising professor.
Note: The copy of the document referred to in c) must be duly authenticated.
The original or certified copy of the document submitted through the Applications Portal must be delivered to the Academic Division, or sent by post, by December 15th of the respective academic year, if the candidate is placed and proceeds to register for the course.

c) Certificate of completion of the Doctorate/PhD course;
d) Research project with topic and name of the intended supervising professor;
e) Declaration of Acceptance of supervision signed by the supervising professor.
Note: The copy of the documents referred to in c) must be duly authenticated by the Portuguese Consulate of the country where the course was held or by the Apostille of the Hague Convention.
O original ou cópia autenticada do documento submetido através do Portal de Candidaturas deverá ser entregue na Divisão Académica, ou enviado via correio postal, até ao dia 15 de dezembro do respetivo ano letivo, caso o candidato fique colocado e proceda à inscrição no curso.
